This policy explains how personal information is handled when you use this website or contact the gym. It is written for a static website. There is no member login on these pages.
2. What this website does
The pages are ordinary HTML files. They do not create an account, take a payment, or save an enquiry in a database. There is no admin dashboard on this website.
If you only read the pages, the gym does not ask for your name. Your browser still requests the files from the host, and the hosting company may keep a standard server log of that request, such as the address of the page, the time, and an IP address. Those logs are part of ordinary web hosting. This site does not add a separate analytics product.
3. Information you choose to send
If you call, email, or message on WhatsApp, you decide what to send. That may include your name, mobile number, email address, the membership option you ask about, and the text of your message.
Do not send medical records, government identity numbers, passwords, or payment PINs through the website form. If the gym needs a document for a membership, it will ask you directly, and you can refuse.
4. How the enquiry form works
The form on the contact and membership pages checks that the fields look complete, then opens either your email app or WhatsApp with the message written out. It is addressed to info@promethodsgym.com or to WhatsApp number +91 93540 04877.
The website does not receive the form. Nothing is delivered until you send the email or the WhatsApp message yourself. The page will not tell you that an enquiry was received if it was not sent.
A hidden field is there to ignore automated filling. If that field is completed, the draft is not opened. That field is not used to identify you.
5. Phone calls
A “call” link opens the phone app on your device and dials +91 93540 04877 only if you place the call. The gym then has the number you called from, and whatever you say, in the same way as any other business call.
6. WhatsApp
A WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp with a draft. The message is sent only when you tap send. After that, the conversation sits on the gym’s WhatsApp and on yours.
WhatsApp is operated by Meta. Meta processes those messages under its own terms. This website is not approved by Meta, and a button on the page does not change Meta’s rules. You can ask the gym to stop non-essential WhatsApp messages. Reply STOP, or say so by phone or email.
Promotional notes are sent only if you asked for them, including by ticking the optional updates box, or where the law allows that kind of message. A reply to a chat you started is sent so the gym can answer you.
7. How the gym uses that information
The gym uses what you send to answer questions about training, timings and membership, to follow up on that enquiry, to provide the service you asked for, and to keep a record where a payment, a dispute, or the law requires one.
The gym does not sell personal information. Enquiry details are not used for unrelated marketing unless you opted in, and you can withdraw that opt-in.
8. Fonts, maps and hosting
The pages load typefaces from Google Fonts. When your browser requests those files, Google may receive the usual technical data of that request, including an IP address. You can still read the text if the fonts do not load; it will fall back to a font already on your device.
The contact page embeds a Google Map of the gym’s address. If that frame loads, Google receives the address query and its usual technical data under Google’s own policy. You can ignore the map and still call, email, or use WhatsApp. The directions link leaves this website and opens Google Maps.
Instagram links leave this website and open Instagram. Instagram’s own policy applies there.
The files are hosted like any other static site. The host may process logs to keep the server running and to deal with abuse.
9. Cookies
These HTML pages do not set an advertising cookie and do not run a third-party analytics tracker. They do not set a login cookie, because there is no login.
Google may set cookies if the map frame loads. You can use the phone number and email without loading the map. If a later version of the site adds analytics, this policy will be updated first.
10. Sharing
The gym does not sell or rent personal information. Information you send by email or WhatsApp is held in those services so the message can exist at all. The gym may share information if Indian law, a court, or a competent authority requires it, or where it is needed to prevent fraud or harm.
11. How long messages are kept
Because the website does not store the form, retention starts only after you actually send an email, a WhatsApp message, or make a call. The gym keeps those messages for as long as it needs them to reply, to handle a follow-up, and to meet a legal or accounting duty if you later become a member and pay.
Email and WhatsApp providers also keep messages under their own settings until they are deleted there.
12. Correction and deletion
You may ask what the gym holds about you from calls, email or WhatsApp, and you may ask for a correction. You may ask for deletion. The gym will delete or reduce what it can, unless a limited record has to stay for the law, a dispute, tax, or a membership that is still running.
Email info@promethodsgym.com with the subject “Personal data request”. Include your name and the phone number or email you used. You can also call +91 93540 04877. The gym may need to check that the request comes from you. It will reply within a reasonable time.
13. Children
This website is a general page for a gym. It is not aimed at children, and it does not knowingly collect children’s information through the form. If you believe a child has sent personal information, email the gym and ask for it to be deleted.
Any question about a minor training at the gym is handled with a parent or guardian at the premises. It is not sold on this website.
14. Security
Email and WhatsApp are only as private as those services and the devices at each end. Use a device you trust when you send personal details. No method of sending a message is perfectly secure. The gym does not publish enquiry messages on the public website.
15. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date. The date at the top is the date of the current version.
